We are looking for a full-time Associate Dentist to work four days per week. The ideal candidate is a strong producer with a passion for providing excellent patient care. Initially, the Associate Dentist will be responsible for performing their own hygiene, with the potential for us to hire a dedicated hygienist as the practice grows. This role offers a significant earning potential and a unique opportunity for sweat equity and partnership for the right candidate.Responsibilities
• Perform a wide range of dental procedures, including restorative, cosmetic, and surgical dentistry.
• Conduct comprehensive patient examinations and develop treatment plans.
• Provide patient education on oral hygiene and preventative care.
• Initially, perform dental hygiene services for patients.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a seamless patient experience.Qualifications
• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active dental license in the state of Kentucky.
• Proven track record of high production and clinical excellence.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a desire for practice ownership.Compensation and Benefits
• Guaranteed daily rate of $750.
• Potential to earn $250,000 - $300,000 annually.
