Head of Sales

Job Description

• Develop major clients in the United States.
• Expand into new industries and product opportunities within the U.S. market.
• Formulate company-wide market-oriented product, industry planning, and strategic development.

Qualification

• Minimum 15 years of Sales experience, including at least 8 years of management experience.
• Technical knowledge of mold processing or precision machining (e.g., CNC machining).
• Familiarity with the U.S. manufacturing ecosystem (e.g., related industries like electronics, automotive, aerospace, medical devices).
• U.S. business development experience (B2B sales, client relationship management).
• Market research capabilities (analysis of U.S. manufacturing demand, competitor analysis).
