Inventory Coordinator – Luxury Retail Boutique We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to support the back-office operations of a luxury retail boutique. This role is primarily focused on inventory management, along with a variety of administrative responsibilities that help keep daily operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing inventory transactions and maintain accurate records
- Process merchandise receiving, steaming, and tagging
- Enter purchase orders
- Process returns to vendors
- Perform data entry, filing, and general administrative tasks
- Answer phones and assist with basic reception duties
- Prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets and documentation
- Proficiency with Windows 10/11 (creating/accessing folders, shortcuts, etc.)
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and follow through on tasks independently
- Strong note-taking, memory, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with inventory software is a plus
- Basic understanding of networking and websites is a plus
