- Ability to read blueprints and follow job-site plans
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- $25 - $35/hour, depending on experience
- Lift, carry, push, or pull materials and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs
- Safely use hand tools, power tools, and job-site equipment
- Climb ladders, work on lifts and scaffolding, and perform work at elevated heights
- Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work in various positions throughout the workday
