Local Construction Professional – Full-Time Consultant

QBS Construction is a Houston-based firm supporting international manufacturers with U.S. facility development. We are entering the Louisville market with a major industrial/commercial project and seeking an experienced professional to serve as our on-the-ground local representative and advisor.

Responsibilities include providing local expertise, coordinating with contractors and consultants, supporting site activities, and assisting with overall project execution.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years experience strongly preferred
• Background in construction management, engineering, architecture, or industrial/commercial development preferred
• Familiarity with the Louisville area and local construction landscape
• Ex-military a plus
• Retired professionals or those seeking project-based work are encouraged to apply

This is a full-time consultation position based in the Louisville area.
