Requirements:
- Active RN license in practicing state required.
- PCU, Step-Down, or Critical Care experience preferred.
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
- BLS required; ACLS certification preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor patient conditions and vital signs closely.
- Administer medications and prescribed treatments safely.
- Respond to status changes; initiate escalation of care.
- Educate patients and families on care plans/management.
- Document care accurately in the patient record.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team effectively.
