Description:
All candidates must be flu vaccinated.
Block booking allowed.
Candidates must be located 50 miles from the facility to be considered.
Position available on the Neuro unit.
The unit has 28 beds, with patient ratios of 1:6 during the day and 1:8 at night.
Candidates will be required to float to other units as necessary.
The equipment on the unit includes tube feeding, ventilators, trach care, Alaris IV Pumps, Hoyer lifts, Kangaroo pumps, negative pressure wound therapy, suction devices, and vents.
The electronic medical record system used is Cerner and ITW.
Ideal candidates will be compassionate and possess excellent communication skills.
Candidates should be willing to educate patients and families and demonstrate a commitment to self-learning.
Dress code includes galaxy blue scrubs.
Unacceptable attire includes hoodies, t-shirts, sweatshirts, and anything outside of the uniform.
