The Opportunity
Enerpan Building Systems is a growing prefabricated building manufacturer serving industrial and commercial infrastructure markets. As the business scales, Enerpan is investing in a disciplined, safety-first operating model that delivers predictable outcomes for customers, employees, and shareholders. The Vice President of Operations is responsible for end-to-end execution across manufacturing and project delivery. This role owns safety, quality, schedule, cost, and field performance from approved design through final customer acceptance. The VP of Operations is the single point of accountability for how work gets done. This is a hands-on leadership role for an operator who builds systems, develops leaders, and creates operational clarity in complex environments.What You Will Own
Safety Leadership

Establish safety as a non-negotiable operating value across manufacturing, logistics, and field installation

Lead EHS programs, jobsite safety, OSHA compliance, and incident prevention

Build a culture where leaders and teams take personal ownership of safe execution
Operational Execution

Own on-time, on-budget delivery of all projects

Lead Project Management, Production, Materials, Quality, Logistics, Field Installation, and Maintenance

Balance labor, capacity, materials, and schedules across multiple concurrent projects

Resolve cross-functional constraints quickly and decisively
Operating Systems & Discipline

Design and implement standard operating procedures and standard work

Establish KPI-driven management rhythms with clear accountability

Create visibility into schedule adherence, labor efficiency, margin, quality, and safety performance
Quality & Margin Protection

Own quality outcomes, including first-pass yield, rework, and NCR reduction

Protect gross margin through disciplined execution and proactive risk management

Partner with executive leadership on forecasting, capacity planning, and continuous improvement
People & Leadership Development

Build, coach, and retain strong managers who own outcomes

Lead both hourly production teams and senior functional leaders

Develop a scalable leadership bench to support future growth

● 10+ years of operations leadership experience
● Background in manufacturing, modular construction, industrial, or construction‑adjacent environments
● Proven experience running multi‑function operations (production, projects, field)
● Strong financial and KPI literacy
● Comfortable leading both hourly production teams and senior managers
