Rocking Robins Maids LLC is hiring a dependable House Cleaner to join our Louisville team. This position starts part-time while we build your regular client schedule, with the opportunity to grow into full-time. We are specifically looking for someone who has Monday–Friday daytime availability and wants a long-term position with a schedule that can grow as we add clients. PAY: $300–$700 per week SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday Daytime availability between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM No nights No weekends No major holidays IMPORTANT: Full-time hours are not guaranteed when you first start. Your schedule will begin part-time and increase as we build your regular client schedule. Please apply only if you are interested in growing into a full-time position. JOB DUTIES: • Clean residential homes throughout the Louisville area • Clean kitchens and bathrooms • Dust furniture and surfaces • Vacuum and mop floors • Perform detailed cleaning, including baseboards and other areas • Follow company cleaning procedures and checklists • Follow client-specific instructions • Provide dependable and professional service REQUIREMENTS: • Dependable and punctual • Monday–Friday daytime availability • Reliable transportation • Valid driver's license • Able to pass a background check • Able to work independently • Detail-oriented • Smartphone with internet access • Previous residential cleaning experience is helpful but not required TRAINING: Paid training is provided at $14 per hour. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to perform the essential functions of residential house cleaning, with or without reasonable accommodation. This position requires standing and walking for extended periods; frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, and repetitive movements; climbing stairs in clients' homes; and lifting, carrying, and using cleaning supplies and equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.
