Make a Difference

Volunteers of America Mid-States is looking for a dependable Recovery Support Driver to help support individuals in addiction recovery. This role combines transportation, client support, safety, and daily program assistance in a mission-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

• Transport participants to meetings, groups, appointments, and other activities.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents.
• Monitor participants and support compliance with program policies.
• Maintain vehicle and transportation logs.
• Complete required documentation.
• Report safety concerns and maintenance needs.
• Assist peer support staff, program leadership, and the recovery team.
• Participate in required training and supervision.

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and driver record check.
• Dependable, responsible, and compassionate approach to working with others.
